Head Stock: It involves the main spindle which is driven through belts and gears from the main body of the motor. The main spindle is fixed with the cutter head. This head is held to design the cutting tool. Burnishing Roll Chuck is used for surface finishing
Feed Gear Box: It is also made up of MS plates. The product is connected with feed rollers which are operated through the helical gearbox. The shafts used in the machine are mounted on the phosphorus bronze bush. Grease lubrication is done on gear and bearings
Bed: Cast iron is used for this product. Stock assemblies and gear box are mounted on this product. Also, the motor is fixed on the left part of the machine and the gearbox motor is placed on the right-hand side. An easy way is given for the coolant to flow
Cutter Head: Cast steel is used for cutter head. Four carbide tools are used. The assembly is fixed to the plate which is entirely connected with the main spindle. The cutter head will rotate with the main spindle while the bar is fed longitudinally.
